Quality & AI Act

Quality and the EU AI Act, in the same workspace

ISO 9001-style quality registers and EU AI Act records sit next to documents, projects and people. They are product areas, not certificates.

Quality (QMS)

Quality work usually lives in a binder, a shared drive and three Excel files. In NexusOS it is a set of registers in the same operating system as projects, files and people.

Controlled documents

A document register with revisions and review. Drive files can be marked as QMS-controlled so the file and the control record stay together.

Equipment

Equipment records with evidence and events, scoped to the company tenant.

Risks and opportunities

A risk register with actions—not a slide rebuilt once a year.

Quality objectives

Objectives and measures that can be reviewed with the rest of the QMS.

Competence

A competence catalogue, a person matrix and training records.

QA suppliers

Supplier evaluations for quality, distinct from commercial supplier records.

Non-conformities

NCs with tenant-scoped numbering, so an issue is a record instead of an email trail.

Customer feedback

Feedback that belongs in the quality system, not only in a mailbox.

Audits

Audits and findings in the same tenant as the documents and equipment they inspect.

Management reviews

Reviews that can take inputs from the registers rather than from a reconstructed pack.

EU AI Act

Private AI is how NexusOS can search and assist. The AI Act module is how the company records the AI it actually uses. They are different planes. They can share a workspace.

AI systems

An inventory of systems with organisational role and risk classification, including a high-risk view.

FRIA

Fundamental rights impact assessments attached to the systems that need them.

Transparency and explanations

Operational duties kept as records, instead of a policy PDF that nobody can find during an incident.

Incidents and oversight

Incident and human-oversight registers, with tenant-scoped numbering.

Literacy

Course providers, literacy courses and employee literacy records.

Suppliers and models

AI suppliers and models, including local or cloud infrastructure and approval.

Evidence and dossier

Evidence on systems, and a dossier that gathers what the organisation has already recorded.

Reminders

Scheduled follow-ups. A domain copilot can be enabled per deployment; it is not on by default.
