Company operating system

Run your company from one connected workspace.

NexusOS connects customers, projects, tasks, documents and company knowledge—without forcing your team to replace every tool it already uses.

Customers

Already running on NexusOS.

Your company already has the information. The problem is that it lives everywhere.

Customers sit in one system. Tasks live in another. Documents sit in folders. Numbers live in spreadsheets. Decisions hide in email. Updates vanish into chat. The knowledge that actually runs the company stays in people’s heads.

Customers

in a CRM, a spreadsheet, or someone’s inbox.

Work

in a task tool that does not see the files.

Documents

in shared drives with unclear versions.

Numbers

in Excel files that nobody quite trusts.

Decisions

buried in email threads and chat history.

Know-how

held by a few people who are already overloaded.

One workspace that connects the work you already do.

NexusOS does not ask you to throw away every tool on day one. It gives customers, projects, tasks, documents, people and numbers a shared place—and it can sit beside the software you keep.

Connect information

A project can see its customer, tasks, files, quotes and calendar blocks in one context.

Reduce copies

Stop re-typing the same client, status and cost data into a second spreadsheet.

Adopt progressively

Start with documents and tasks, then add quotes, workforce, quality or AI when you are ready.

Keep what still works

Identity, calendars, storage and imports can connect to systems you already run.

NexusOSworkspaceCustomersProjectsTasksDocumentsPeopleQuotesOne record sees the others. That is the product, not a plugin list.

What the connected workspace covers

These capabilities exist in the product today. Some planes—such as Knowledge Engine, domain copilots and workflow automation—are switched on per deployment.

Customers & CRM

Companies and people, contacts, status, and the projects, quotes and files attached to them.

Commercial context sits next to delivery—not in a separate silo.

Quality and the AI Act are part of the operating system

ISO 9001-style registers and EU AI Act records sit next to documents, projects and people. They are not a side tool, and they are not a certificate.

Private AI

Private AI, when your architecture allows it

NexusOS can run a Knowledge Engine and internal copilots against company documents, customers and projects. Models can run on Vertex AI or on local Ollama infrastructure. Proposed changes can require a person to confirm them. Access still follows roles and permissions.

How private AI works

Knowledge Engine

Ingest documents and selected business knowledge into private search stores.

Permissions

Retrieval runs in the same authenticated API as the rest of NexusOS.

Human confirmation

Proposed writes can wait for a person before they change a record.

Local or hosted

Ollama on a private host, or Vertex AI, chosen with the deployment.

How we introduce NexusOS

01

Understand your workflows

We look at how work actually moves: who updates what, where files live, and which Excel sheets still run the company.

02

Connect existing information

Customers, projects, tasks and documents are imported or linked so the first workspace is not empty.

03

Configure around your company

Roles, tenants, modules and storage are set to match how you operate—not a generic template.

04

Improve and automate progressively

Reminders, workflows and AI assistance are added where they remove real waiting—not everywhere at once.

Questions companies actually ask

No. It is an operational workspace: documents, customers, projects, tasks, people, quotes and knowledge under one permission model. It does not replace a general ledger or a marketing automation suite.

No. Typical introductions start with the processes that lose the most time, then connect or import the rest. Identity, calendars and storage can stay on systems you already run.

No. Private AI is optional knowledge search and copilots. The AI Act area is an operational compliance register for systems you deploy or use: classification, FRIA, incidents, literacy and the dossier. They can sit in the same workspace.

No. NexusOS holds the registers a company uses to run ISO 9001 processes. It is not a certificate for Cosmic Brokkoli or for your organisation.

The Knowledge Engine and copilots are part of the platform and are enabled per deployment. They can use Vertex AI or local Ollama. They are not switched on by default.

Yes. Storage can be local, MinIO, S3, GCS or Azure Blob. The application can run in cloud, private cloud or on-premise topologies.

Book a meeting or write to us. We look at a real workflow first. NexusOS is configured, integrated and sometimes customised—there is no self-serve account on this site.

Your company does not need more disconnected tools.
